Scavenger Hunts - How to Add Multiple Scavenger Hunts to a Section
HOW TO ADD SCAVENGER HUNTS TO THE APP (SINGLE OR MULTIPLE IN A CATEGORY)
After a Scavenger Hunt has been created, it must be "attached" somewhere to be viable by the app Users.
No Users can see the Scavenger Hunt created in the "Manage Hunts" section until it is associated to a button, activity or category.
TO ASSOCIATE TO A CATEGORY:
Click "Add Item" from the Homescreen or Submenu
Title: Create Name of the Category
Icon: Search or scroll for an icon
*Option to customize the Icon Colors or Icon Type
Type: Choose Scavenger Hunt
Scavenger Hunt Drop down appears - Choose from Scavenger Hunts that are in the "Manage Hunts" section
Click Submit
HOW TO DISPLAY MULTIPLE SCAVENGER HUNTS UNDER ONE CATEGORY:
OPTION 1:
Click "Manage Hunts" - Left side of the Admin Console
Hunts that have been created are displayed in the center
Click "Pencil" to edit each Hunt
Next Steps:
Click on the "General Information" Bar
Check: Available in Hunt Menu
Click Submit
HOW TO ADD A CATEGORY WITH MULTIPLE SCAVENGER HUNTS:
Click "Add Item" from the Homescreen or Submenu
Choose: Scavenger Hunts from the Templates dropdown
Edit Title (optional)
Search or scroll to Choose Icon
Click Submit
All Scavenger Hunts that have the "Available in Hunt Menu" option clicked will appear in this category
OPTION 2:
HOW TO ADD A CATEGORY WITH MULTIPLE SCAVENGER HUNTS:
Click "Add Item" from the Homescreen or Submenu
Enter Title
Search or scroll to Choose Icon
Type: Choose Submenu
Click Submit
Click into the main category:
Click "Add Item" from the Right Side
Enter Title
Search or scroll to Choose Icon
Type: Choose Scavenger Hunt
Choose a Scavenger Hunt from the drop down menu
*Scavenger Hunts that appear are those in the "Manage Hunts" section
Click Submit
Create additional categories for each Scavenger Hunt to be included in this section
Optional Feature: Click "Header" on the Right hand side
Upload multiple images or video to appear above the submenu of scavenger hunts
