How to Add A Custom Form to the Homescreen or as a Submenu Category
1) Click Add Item - Righthand button options
2) Type: Choose Custom Form
3) Choose the appropriate form from the Drop down Menu
4) Click into Icon section to search or scroll for the associated icon
Note: Choose a precreated form to associate to a field on the homescreen. Forms can be created within the "Manage Forms" section prior to being available for selection for the homescreen or click
"Create New Form"
A new tab will open in order for you to create a new form.
5) Click Submit
Add Item - Custom Form Note: The new icon will appear at the bottom of the homescreen. Icons can be sorted by clicking "Enable Sorting".
