How to "Add Item" - How to Add a New Icon in the Admin Console:
From the Homescreen or from a Submenu View:
1) Click Add Item
2) Choose the TYPE

Type: How the information is displayed when a button or icon is clicked on.

"Frequently Used TYPE Summary:
- Custom Form: Choose a precreated form to associate to a field on the homescreen. Forms can be created within the "Manage Forms" section prior to being available for selection for the homescreen or click "Create New Form" A new tab will open in order for you to create a new form.
Detail Pages: Single / Multiple (List View): Flexible format that allows for offsite addresses (mapping). Customized buttons and links. Ideal for local businesses, includes address, phone, website and hours. Photo and description are optional additions to the listing.
- Other use cases: Multiple forms/files under one category, Multi-step functions (waivers and payment)
- Expandable Listing: FAQ format. Text header with text description. Field expands to display text description.
- File: Choose a file to associate to a field on the homescreen. Files must be uploaded within the "Manage Files" section prior to being available for selection for the homescreen
- Submenu: Ability to have multiple layers of categories by icon. (Similar to the homescreen format).
- Website: When category is clicked from the homescreen, the user will be taken directly to an associated website.
- URL field appears - Enter URL into the field (include http(s) prior to the www
- Web View - The website will display as if within the mobile app if "Web View" is clicked. Recommend previewing how this displays. Depending on the set up of the website, the content may not display properly.
Specific TYPES:
Scavenger Hunt: Choose a precreated hunt to associate to a field on the homescreen. Scavenger Hunts can be created within the "Manage Hunts" section prior to being available for selection for the homescreen or click "Create New Scavenger Hunt" A new tab will open in order for you to create a new scavenger hunt.
Store Item(s): Choose a single or Click the "Multiple Items Listing" option. If you choose single, than choose pre-added Store options that are within the "Manage Store" section, or click Create New Store Item. A new tab will open in order for you to create a new store item.
- If choosing "Single Item", than a drop down box will appear and allow you to choose which item.
- If choosing "Multiple Items Listing", click on the category from the homescreen and click "Add Item". This will allow you to choose only the items that you'd like listed within this Store category.
3) Enter Title of Category
Add Item - Enter Title and Icon4) Choose Icon:
The Admin Console will do a search for a suggested icon based on the title
Click into Icon category to choose associated icon
Standard Icon: Search from 3500+ icons
Custom Icon: Upload a specific logo / image to be the icon

Note: Custom Icon must be in an SVG format
5) Click Submit
The new icon will appear at the bottom of the homescreen. Icons can be sorted by clicking "Enable Sorting".
