"Type" Overview

Type: The format in which information underneath an icon is displayed.

FREQUENTLY USED:

Detail Page(s):

  • Ideal for many uses within the app. 
    • Local business listings, includes address, phone, website.  Photo and description are optional additions to the listing.  Google will prepopulate the basic information (Information can include: address, phone, website, longitude and latitude)
    • Information page that does not require a physical address, but can have images and customizable buttons. (Example: Resort Amenities)
    • Listing of multiple tools within the app.  Create a detail page that has specific buttons for forms, files and contact information (phone numbers).  (Usage example: Remote check-in: Button for Rules & Regulations, Second Button capturing a digital signature of agreement)
    • Custom Buttons can have customized names and icons.

Expandable Listing:

  • FAQ format.  Text header with text description. Field expands to display text description. No photo.
    • Users Note: Telephone numbers can be linked out by 
      • Type Phone Number -> Highlight number -> Click Link button on format bar -> Within Link bar type: tel:// preceding the phone number.  Click Save. Click Submit
    • Users Note: URL links can be linked out by
      • Type URL (Or Text that will be clicked on) -> Highlight text -> Click Link button on format bar -> Within Link bar type the desired website -> Click Save. Click Submit.

Expandable

File:

  • Choose a document to display. Files can be uploaded within the "Manage Files" section prior to being available for selection for the homescreen or click "Create New File" to add another file to your "Manage Files" section.  Click Submit.
  • Examples of "Files": Newsletters, PDF's, Flyers

Manage Files

Custom Form:

  • Forms can be created within the "Manage Forms" and then can be chosen from the drop down to be displayed within the app. 
  • Ability to create muliple layers of icon categories.  

Submenu

Website:

  • The user will be taken directly to an associated website.   
    • URL field appears - Enter URL into the field (include http(s) prior to the www
    • Web View - The website will display as if within the mobile app if "Web View" is clicked.  Recommend previewing how this displays.  Depending on the set up of the website, the content may not display properly.  

 

SPECIFIC

Activities:

  1. Add a calendar format to list events within the app

Contacts:

  1. Format to display contacts to include Phone Numbers, Email and / or Custom Forms
  2. Tab 1  & Tab 2: Click to rename tabs
Contacts Layout

Log In / Log Out

Prompts the User to either Log In or Log Out from the app.
Once a User is "Logged In" they will stay logged in until they click the "Log Out" button.

Typical Uses: Add a Log In Button to a "Restricted" section of the app to guide the User.  
Examples of "Restricted Sections:  Staff Only, Member Only, Owner Only, Seasonal Guests

Messages:

This is where Push Notifications are displayed.  
If there is not icon, then Send Notifications is disabled


Note: ESP Models will not have a "Messages" icon.  All messages will be viewed in the "Notifications" area of the Drawer.
This is set up by Default.

Rewards:

In-App Loyalty program.

Searchable Map:

Add maps or images that can be annotated to be searchable.

Scavenger Hunt:

  • Scavenger Hunts can be created within the "Manage Hunts" section and then can be chosen from the drop down to be displayed within the app. 

Store Item(s): (Single or Listing)

  • Store Items can be created within the "Manage Store" section
  • Single Store Item - Icon opens directly to the item
    • Drop Down appears to choose which "Store Item" should be displayed from the items in the Manage Store section.
  • Store Item Listing: Icon opens a list of store items

Time Booking: 

  1. Users are able to book specific times for an amenity during a specific time slot.  For more information - Contact Us

View My Favorites:

Users can 'Favorite" detail pages and view them under this category.

Note: Typically this is used for the Eat, Shop, Play model.  Uers will "favorite" specific businesses and this is a short cut to see their information.

Note: All sections are visible to Admins Only - When added, automatically set to "Restricted"

Scan Redemption: 

  1. Ability to Scan Rewards QR Code within the App

Scan Reservations Purchase

  1. Ability to Scan Reservations QR Code within the App

Scavenger Hunt Grading

  1. Ability to Grade Scavenger Hunts within the App

Send Notification:

  1. Ability to Send Push Notifications directly from the App

View Orders

  1. Ability to View Store Orders within the App
