How to Add An Icon with a List of Businesses
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to add a list of businesses
Use Cases:
- Community Apps: Adding a new category (Photographers, Event Center, etc)
- Resort Apps: Preferred Vendor Lists
Key Steps
Step 1: Create a New Category 0:02

Within the Admin Console, click "Add Item" to add a new category (Either from the Homescreen or within a Submenu)
Choose "Detail Page Listing" as the Type
Enter Title (e.g., 'Preferred Vendors').
Search for an appropriate icon for the category
Click Submit
Step 2: Add Individual Businesses 1:19

Step 3: Search for the Business 1:31

Step 5: Add Business Information 1:45

If the business does not have a physical address or Google presence, collapse the Google search.
Manually enter the business name and any available contact information (phone number, website, email).
Step 6: Create Custom Action Buttons 2:09

If applicable, create a custom button for actions (e.g., 'Send Email').
Paste the appropriate email address into the button.
Step 7: Finalize and Submit the Business Entry 2:22

Search for and select an icon for the business.
Click 'Add Button' to finalize the custom action.
Click 'Submit' to add the business to your list.
