HOW TO GRADE IN-APP SCAVENGER HUNTS

  1. Boutique / Restaurant Crawl

  4. Community Traveling Art or Temporary Exhibits throughout the Community
  5. Holiday Lights Tour

ADMIN CONSOLSE SCAVENGER HUNT GRADING

Warning
For Our EAT / SHOP / PLAY Mobile Apps, Scavenger Hunts must be graded within the Admin Console


Click "Manage Hunts" - Left side of the Admin Console
Hunts that have been created are displayed in the center
Click "Clipboard" to see submissions and grade the hunts

Next Steps:

Click on the individual submission: If the user is "Logged In" you will see their name.  If the user is not "Logged In" to the app, N/A will appear

Grading:
Manual Grading: Click Correct or Incorrect for Photos 
Autocorrect Clue Types:
  1. QR Code
  2. Multiple Choice
  3. Single Answer

Upon Completion of grading,
Click Completed (Check Mark) or Denied (X) to "Archive"
**Users will not be notified which is checked - these are for Administrative purposes
*Submission will then be available to View in the "Archive Button"

ADDITIONAL BUTTONS:
In-Process - Hunts that have been started, but not submitted
Submitted - The "Submit" Button has been clicked

EXPORT DATA:

Click Export Data to export submissions into an Excel spreadsheet

EXPORT PHOTOS:

Hunts that use the "Photo" as a clue, all photos submitted can be exported into a ZIP file (Instead of going in and saving each individually).


IN APP SCAVENGER HUNT GRADING (STAND ALONE MOBILE APPS) 

Steps to Set Up In App Grading from the Admin Console:

  1. Click "Add Item"  in the Admin Console
  2. Click "Scavenger Hunt Grading
  3. Title, Icon & Restricted Access will autopopulate
  4. Click Submit

How to add log into the App to view "Restricted" Items:

1) Within the app, click on the upper left hand menu

2) Click Log In

3) Any "Restricted" icons to App Admins will now appear 

Note: Use the same email to log into the app as you use for the Admin Console

Click the "Grade Hunts" Icon from your Phone
Choose the Scavenger Hunt to grade (If multiple options)
Click on each submission to grade their hunt -

Warning
If the user is "Logged Into the App, their name will appear
If the user is NOT logged in, on the phone the User will appear as a series of characters or appear as N/A

User 1 - Not Logged In / User 2 - Logged In

Click on Each User to Grade their hunts
QR Codes - Auto Grade
Photo Answers - Swype Right or Left to Grade
Multiple Choice - Auto Grade
Clue / Answer - Auto Grade

Swype Left - Incorrect
Swype Right to mark as "Correct"

Correct Answers display for quick grading
Grading View - Correct Q&A Answers Appear

Notes
Users can Restart or Continue their Hunt while the Hunt is available
