Scavenger Hunts - How to Grade

HOW TO GRADE IN-APP SCAVENGER HUNTS

The in-app scavenger hunt feature allows users to participate in an activity of exploration.

Use Cases:
  1. Explore the Campground / Resort
  2. Sales Stay Activity
  3. Get to know your neighbor - Great for the beginning of the season

Eat / Shop / Play : 
  1. Boutique / Restaurant Crawl
  2. Meet the Membership
  3. Small Business Saturday Selfies
  4. Community Traveling Art or Temporary Exhibits throughout the Community
  5. Holiday Lights Tour

How to Grade A Scavenger Hunt:

For Our EAT / SHOP / PLAY Mobile Apps, Scavenger Hunts must be graded within the Admin Console


Click "Manage Hunts" - Left side of the Admin Console
Hunts that have been created are displayed in the center
Click "Clipboard" to see submissions and grade the hunts



Next Steps:

Click on the individual submission: If the user is "Logged In" you will see their name.  If the user is not "Logged In" to the app, N/A will appear
View the Scavenger Hunt Answers :
*Right click images to save and use for social media or other purposes.

Click : Completed or Denied to "Grade"
*Submission will then be available in the "Archive Button"

Submissions can be exported to grade as a whole instead of individually (Available Upon Request)

IN APP SCAVENGER HUNT GRADING (STAND ALONE MOBILE APPS)

Steps to Set Up In App Grading:
  1. Add a "Grade Hunts" section in your Staff Section of the App
  2. Log In to the App

 To add a "Grade Hunts" icon to your Staff View in the Admin Console

  1. Click "Open Staff View"
  2. Click "Add Item"
  3. Click "Templates"
  4. Click Title to Edit "Grade Hunts" title if needed
  5. Choose Icon
  6. Click Submit
This will allow you to grade the scavenger hunts via the Staff View on your app.


How to add log into the Staff View on the app:

1) Within the app, click on the upper left hand menu

2) Click Log In

3) Click Staff View

Note: Use the same email to log into the app as you use for the Admin Console in order to Access the Staff menu
Click the "Grade Hunts" Icon from your Phone
Choose the Scavenger Hunt to grade (If multiple options)
Click on each submission to grade their hunt -

If the user is "Logged Into the App, their name will appear
If the user is NOT logged in, on the phone the User will appear as a series of characters or appear as N/A

User 1 - Not Logged In / User 2 - Logged In

Click on Each User to Grade their hunts
QR Codes - Auto Grade
Q&A & Photo Answers - Swype Right or Left to Grade
Swype Left - Incorrect
Swype Right to mark as "Correct"

Correct Answers display for quick grading

Users can Restart or Continue their Hunt while the Hunt is available
