This SOP outlines the steps to add an RSVP form to an event, allowing for better tracking of attendee responses.

1. Access the Activity Section 0:02
Navigate to the activity section of your platform.
You will see a list of activities, both recurring and non-recurring that have been entered.
2. Edit the Activity 0:24
Click on the 'Edit' button for the desired activity.
Choose to edit the entire recurrence or just the individual event.
3. Access Additional Features 0:37
Click on 'Additional Features'.
4. Request Guest RSVP 0:48
Select 'Request Guest RSVP'.
Note that the 'Add Favorite' button will change to 'RSVP'.
5. Customize RSVP Questions 0:59
The standard RSVP form includes three questions:
Are you attending?
What is your name?
How many people are you bringing?
You can add additional questions if needed.
6. Manage Forms 1:08
Go to 'Manage Forms' to view existing templates.
Select the standard RSVP form to view or edit.
7. Duplicate and Rename Forms 1:46
If needed, duplicate the standard form for specific events (e.g., coffee and donuts).
Rename the duplicated form appropriately.
8. Set the RSVP Form for the Event 2:09
Return to the activity and click 'Edit'.
Choose the appropriate RSVP form from the options available.
9. Submit Changes 2:30
Click 'Submit' to save the changes and set up the RSVP for the event.
10. View and Export RSVP Responses 2:40
Hover over the three dots next to the event and click 'View RSVP'.
Review the summary of responses and counts.
Use the 'Export Data' button to download the information.
