This SOP outlines the steps to create, customize, and manage multiple calendars within the app, ensuring team members can efficiently organize events and notifications.
Step 1: Access Manage Calendars 0:10
Open the app and navigate to the 'Manage Calendars' section.
Review existing calendars to understand what is already available.
Step 2: Create a New Calendar 0:45
Click on 'Create Calendar'.
Enter a title for the new calendar (e.g., 'Spring Schedule').
Click 'Submit' to save the new calendar.
Step 3: Customize Calendar Settings 1:07
Select the newly created calendar to customize.
Go to 'Event Config' to set notification times (e.g., change to 30 minutes before an event starts).
Add or modify audiences and locations as needed.
