This SOP outlines the steps for administrators to view and manage images submitted via custom forms in the admin console.
1. Receive Notification of Submission 0:02
When a form is submitted (e.g., site decorating contest, report an issue), the designated contact will receive an email notification.
Log into the admin console
Click on 'Manage Forms' to locate the appropriate form for submissions.
3. View Submissions 0:50
Click on the clipboard icon to view submissions for the selected form.
Review the list of submissions, which includes the date and time
4. Access Submitted Images 1:14
Click on a specific submission to view the responses and the submitted image.
5. Save Images 1:21
Right-click on the image to save it to your device if needed.
6. Mark Submission Status 1:32
After reviewing, mark the submission as 'Completed' or 'Denied'.
Note: Users will not be notified of this status change.
7. Manage Archived Submissions 1:40
Completed submissions will move to the archived section and appear in green.
Denied submissions will appear in red.
8. Restore Active View 2:08
To return a submission to the active view, click on 'Active' to move it back to your inbox.
9. Export All Images 2:17
Click on 'Export Files' to download all submitted images in a zip file for easy access.
Be mindful of the privacy and confidentiality of the submitted images when saving or exporting them.
Regularly check for new submissions to keep your inbox organized.
Use the export feature to quickly gather all images instead of saving them individually.
