How to add a Custom Form to a Custom Button

How to add a Custom Form to a Custom button on your Mobile App:


1) Create a custom form by clicking the "Manage Forms" button (located under "Quick Access on the left).


Click HERE for the steps to create Custom Forms.  There is an order of operations that is easiest for adding custom forms.  First, create the forms and then attach them as needed throughout your mobile app.

Note: Consider the "Manage Forms" location your "File Cabinet".  You can create, edit and store custom forms here and no users will see these forms until they are attached to a specific category or button within your app.

DETAIL PAGES / BUSINESS LISTINGS

1) Click the pencil to edit the Detail Page 

2) Click the "Buttons" bar on the right

Under "Additional Custom Buttons", follow the steps below:

4) Enter Title : Name of the button

5) Icon : Search or scroll for the appropriate icon
6) Action: Choose "Open Custom Form" 
7)  Choose from the drop down box the appropriate form.
Note: Choose a precreated form to associate to a field on the homescreen.  Forms can be created within the "Manage Forms" section prior to being available for selection for the homescreen or click "Create New Form"  A new tab will open in order for you to create a new form.
8) Click "Add  Button

5) Click Submit

1) Click the pencil to edit the individual / recurring Activity or Event 

2) Click the "Additional Buttons" bar on the right

Under "Additional Buttons", follow the steps below:

4) Enter Title : Name of the button

5) Icon : Search or scroll for the appropriate icon
6) Action: Choose "Open Custom Form" 
7) Choose from the drop down box the appropriate form.
