Key Steps

Accessing the Event Schedule 0:00

• Click on your activity schedule or manage calendars to find the event for which you want to create a flyer.

Creating the Flyer 0:20

• Hover over the three dots next to the event and select 'Create Flyer'.

Selecting Header Image 0:30

• The flyer will automatically use the event's header image.

• To change it, click 'Generate' to create a new image using Chat GPT or select from previously searched images.

Choosing Image Orientation and Size 1:33

• Select the orientation (portrait or landscape) for your flyer.

• Choose the size (e.g., 16x9, 8.5x11) for the flyer.

Arranging Flyer Elements 2:28

• Click and drag to rearrange the default elements (title, date, time, location, QR code) as needed.

Modifying Text and Appearance 2:43

• Edit the title text by removing emojis or changing the font and size.

• Adjust alignment, capitalization, and background color.

Including or Excluding Description 4:02

• Decide whether to include the event description by checking or unchecking the option.

• If needed, add a text element for extra context and format it (bold, italic, etc.).

Downloading the Flyer 5:25

• Once satisfied with the flyer, click 'Download' to save it.

• Go back to the event schedule and upload the downloaded flyer as a rotating header image.

• Click 'Submit' to finalize the header image upload.
