How to Send Push Notifications (From the App)

How to send Push Notifications Via The App:

Part 1: Add "Send Notification" Icon from the Admin Console

1) Click "Add Item"
2) Choose "Send Notification" as the Type
3) Title, Icon and "Restricted" are automatically populated
4) Click Submit

Note: Use the same email to log into the app as you use for the Admin Console in order to Access the Staff menu

Idea
USE TIP: Recommend Clicking "Customize Icon Color" to change the icon color to a different color than the Icons that are visible to Guests / Users. This will enable the Admin to find the "Admin Icons" quicker.

PART 2: Log into the App


Notes
Reminder: Admins must be logged into their mobile apps with the same Username and Password used to log into the Admin Console.

1) Click the three lines in the Upper Left of the App to "Log In" 
2) Admins will see "Restricted" Sections on their phone
Warning
Note: Only "Send Now" is available for distribution.  If you would like to schedule a push notification or set up a recurring push notification, that will have to be done within the Admin Console.



3) The appropriate User Group, User Type and Location can be selected based on the options that have been previously created in the Admin Console.




4) Click "Send Notification" to send the message to the appropriate user group.
