How to obtain your Web - App URL

Accessing and Utilizing the Web App for Your Mobile Application

This SOP outlines the steps to access and utilize the web app for your mobile application, ensuring team members can effectively navigate and test features.


Key Steps

 

1. Accessing the Web App 0:00

  • Open your admin console.

  • Click on the icon next to the blue house to open the web app in a separate tab.

 

2. Compatibility of the Web App 0:20

  • The web app can be accessed on:

    • Tablets

    • Desktops

    • Phones

  • It functions similarly to the mobile app.

 

3. Marketing Tools 0:28

  • Navigate to the marketing tools section to find:

    • App badges

    • QR code

    • One link for your app.

 

4. Using the QR Code 0:38

  • Scan the QR code using any device (e.g., Amazon Fire tablet).

  • The QR code will route to the WebView of your app.

 

 

5. Testing Features 1:03

  • To test new features (e.g., forms):

    • Click the button to open the app in a separate tab.

    • Navigate through the app as a guest or user to experience the features.
