Timeboxing Header Images in the App

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to set up time-sensitive header images in the app, ensuring they display only during specified time frames for promotions or events.

Key Steps

 

1. Access Header Settings 0:00

  • Navigate to the Header button in the admin console 

2. Upload Header Images 0:14

  • Choose to upload images from your computer, select a stock image, or generate an AI image.

 

3. Set Time Frame for Display 0:27

  • Specify the start time for the header image to appear (e.g., April 1st at 8 a.m.).

  • Specify the end time for the header image to disappear (e.g., end of April).

  

4. Save Changes 0:55

  • Click Submit to save your settings to ensure the header image is displayed correctly during the designated time.

 

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that the time settings are accurate to avoid displaying outdated promotions.

  • Double-check the visibility settings to prevent any unintended display of images.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Plan your header images in advance for upcoming promotions or holidays.

  • Use a calendar to track the start and end dates for each header image to streamline the process.
