How to View Orders (In the Staff Menu of the App)

How to View Orders (In the App / Staff Menu)

1) Within the app, click on the upper left hand menu

2) Click Log In

Note: Use the same email to log into the app as you use for the Admin Console in order to Access the Staff menu

3) Click Staff View 


4) Once on the "Staff View" in the App,  Click "View Orders"

Note: To ensure this section is on your Staff View, in the Admin Console, follow these steps:
  1. Click "Open Staff View"
  2. Click "Add Item"
  3. Click "Templates"
  4. Choose "View Orders"
  5. Rename (optional)
  6. Icon: Choose icon
  7. Click Submit




4) Swipe RIGHT to mark the store item as COMPLETE

5) Swipe LEFT to mark the store item as DENY / CANCELLED



All orders can be found in the Archived View of the Admin Console after they are marked swiped on the phone.


Use Cases:
Valuable for staff as they are making deliveries or fulfilling store orders.
