How to View Orders (In the App / Restricted Section)
Log Into the App as An Admin:
1) Within the app, click on the upper left hand menu
2) Click Log In
Note: Use the same email to log into the app as you use for the Admin Console in order to Access the Staff menu
How to Add "View Orders" Icon to the App:
1) Click "Add Item"
2) Choose "View Orders" from the TYPE Menu
3) Title / Icon & "Restricted" Options automatically populate
4) Click Submit
USE TIP: Recommend changing the color of any "Restricted" Icons to be different than the icons that can be viewed by Users to quickly identify the icons that are "Admin Only"
IN APP MANAGEMENT:
1) Click on this Icon to "View Orders" on the App
2) Swipe RIGHT to mark the store item as COMPLETE
3) Swipe LEFT to mark the store item as DENY / CANCELLED
All orders can be found in the Archived View of the Admin Console after they are marked swiped on the phone.
Use Cases:
Valuable for staff as they are making deliveries or fulfilling store orders.
