How to retrieve a category I deleted?
1) Click Add Item from the Homescreen of the Admin Console.
2) Re-Enter the Title of Category
3) Click into Icon category to choose an associated icon
4) Choose the Format Type
5) Click Submit
Fortunately, content is not lost when an icon is deleted that has been there 24 hours. The content is backed up daily.
Just re-add the category and the content will reappear. Any issue, please contact us and we can try to retrieve the data as well if needed.
