Header Images / Videos

InfoHeader image: These images can be a single image, multiple rotating images or a video and can be displayed throughout the app above submenus, detail listings and the Activity / Events calendars.​

How to update / add Header Images:

  1. Click the "Header" box on the right side of the Home screen of the Admin Console
Choose Header Type: (Image or Video)

IMAGES:
Options to Upload Image(s):

FROM YOUR COMPUTER:
  1. Click "Click Here to Drop or Add Photos" to Upload photos from your computer
    1. Choose a file from your computer to add as an image
    2. Note: Multiple images can be uploaded.
FIND STOCK IMAGE:
  1.       Access royalty free images from multiple stock photo sources
    1. Click "Find Stock Image"
    2. Type key words into the "Search" field
    3. Click Enter or Search button
    4. Click selected image
    5. Click OK
GENERATE IMAGE:
  1.       Utilize "AI & ChatGPT" to create images on demand.
    1. Type key words into the "Enter Prompt" field
    2. Click Search
    3. Click Use Image to select image
    4. To create a new image, either click Search again or refine search prompt
    5. Click OK



HEADER IMAGE OPTIONS (OPTIONAL):

  1. CAPTION: Text description / recognition of the image that appears across the bottom of the image:


  1. ACTION: What are the "next steps" that occur if the user clicks on the image.
            Action Options:
            * No Action /Not Clickable 
            * Open Store Item - Action will open an item in the Manage Store section
            * Open Custom Form - Action will open the custom form (Based on the forms created in the "Manage Forms" section)
            * Open Main Menu Item - Action will open a category that is currently on the Homescreen.
            * Open Map /Image - Action will open a map (Based on the maps that have been uploaded to the Maps section)
            * Open Booking Item - Action will open a Booking Items (Based on the options created in the Time Booking section)
            * Open File - Action will open a list of the Files (Based on the documents uploaded to the "Manage Files" section)
            * Open Website - Action will open a URL
            * Open Scavenger Hunt - Action will open a Scavenger Hunt (Based on the scavenger hunts created in the "Manage Hunts" section
            * Dial Number - Action will open the phone dialer to a specific phone number of choice
             *Send Email - Action will open an email to the email address entered

NOTE: An  associated drop down box will appear based on the option above that is chosen.

  1. Analytics Title: To track individual header clicks within the Analytics, add an Image title 

Alert
Images can be drug to be resorted.
To delete an image, click the "Trashcan" icon in the upper right of the image

  1. SLIDESHOW DELAY: Time in seconds the slideshow will delay between images.
  2. HIDE TITLE IN ANDROID: Checking this box hides the title of this item on Android Phones. (If image contains a logo, recommend checking this box)
  3. Click Submit



HOW TO ADD HEADER VIDEOS:

  1. Click Video option
  2. Enter YouTube URL
    1. Note: Video does not have to be "Published" on YouTube
  3. Hide Title In Android
    1. If your video has branding included, no need to display the name of the community or section across the phone.


Click SUBMIT
