How to Edit the Colors & Icons - Community Set Up

Community Set Up Feature -
Editing the Colors and Icons through the Community Set Up button will change ALL of the icons 
Click the 3 "dots" next to an individual category in order to edit individual categories.

Click Community Set Up Button from the Administrative Bar on the Homescreen

  • EAT / SHOP / PLAY Model
    • Update the Section name within the Community Set Up section
    • Enter desired "Title"  of the section by entering name in the "Title" field

  • Community Contact information can be edited within the "Community Information" tab
    • Address, Contact Phone, Website
    • For apps that include distances, all mileage will be calculated based on this address.  
    • Example:  Local services, dining, attractions, etc.

  • Colors can be edited within the "App Design" bar within Community Set Up

    • Background Color: The main background color of the app
    • Primary Color: Secondary color - header bar
    • Accent Color: Color for any buttons or tabs throughout the app
    • Text Highlight Color: Color for all url links or unread messages throughout the app 

  • TEXT HIGHLIGHT COLOR NOTE: Change from "White".  If the "Star Rating" feature is used within a custom form, the number of stars will not be visible.  The default color for the stars is white and therefore the color must be changed to denote what was selected.

  • Icon Style: Icons can be changed within the "App Design" bar of Community Set Up
    • The shape around the icon

HEADER IMAGE - NOTE that this feature was updated 1/25/2022.  Please disregard if Admin Console has already been updated.
  • If you had your mobile app prior to January 2022, the "Header Image Button" will still appear with the current Header image.
  • To update your Header Image, click "Header" on the right side of the screen to add single or multiple header images.  Videos can also be displayed.

  • Drawer View:
    • Contact information that will appear in the upper left hand corner of your app with the community contact information.
    • This is visible by clicking on the "hamburger menu" or "3 lines" in the upper left hand corner.
