How to add Documents or Files within the app
Click Manage Files from the Admin Console Homescreen (button on the left)
Click Upload Files to upload individual files
- Click Into the Box and Choose the Appropriate File to Upload
- Click Create Folder to create folders for documents
- Enter Folder Name
- Click Submit
- To add files into the folders, click Upload File
To Add A File To The Homescreen, a submenu or Detail Page
Click "Add Item" from the Homescreen or a Submenu to add a new section
Currently, only one file may be added to a section at a time from the main screen.
To Add Multiple Files To A Section - Multiple Options
Option 1: Sub-menus
Click "Add Item" from Homescreen
- Enter Title
- Choose the Icon
- Select Type - Submenu or Detail Page
- Click Submit
Click on the New Category
- Click "Add Item"
- Enter Title (Examples Code of Conduct)
- Choose Icon
- Check Customize Icon Color if you want a specific color for the icon and icon background (different than the overall community option)
- Check Override Icon Set if you want a particular icon to have a different shape than the others
- Type: File
- File Dropdown: Choose from a pre-uploaded file or click "Create New File"
- Note: Create New File will open a new tab to the "Manage Files" section. Upload new file, but you will have to go through the steps again to add a new submenu category with the new file. Better workflow to add the file prior to adding it to a category
- Click Submit
Option 2: Detail Pages
Click "Add Item" from Homescreen
- Enter Title
- Choose the Icon
- Select Type - Detail Page
- If you have multiple documents within one icon category, click "Multiple Items Listing"
- Click Submit
Click on the New Category
- Click "Title/Location" Bar
- Click "Item does not have a location"
- Enter Title
- Click "Description/Image" Bar
- Enter Description and/or necessary instructions
- Upload an image
Note - If copying information from another source and the formatting appears off, highlight affected area and click the "Clear Text" (Tx) button). - Click the "Hours" Bar
- If no hours apply, check "No Hours"
- If specific hours apply, either type in the necessary hours or use the up/down arrows for each day.
- Click Button Bar
- If there is a website or phone number that applies, enter in the appropriate fields and those buttons will appear.
- Custom buttons:
- Title: Enter name of file
- Icon: Choose appropriate icon (Search option available)
- Action: Open File
- Choose from a pre-uploaded file or click "Create New File"

- Click Submit
