Events / Activities - Create a Calendar

HOW TO GET STARTED:

Options for displaying Events & Activities into the Admin Console and in the App

1) Add into the Admin Console directly
2) Import Event Calendars into the Admin Console

Notes
Imported Calendar Notes:
  1. Calendars must be: RSS Feed, iCal or Google Calendar
  2. Sync cycle occurs every 15 minutes
  3. All updates to Event: Title, Location, Date / Time Start & Date / Time End must be managed in the original calendar known as the "Safe Source"
  4. All other fields can be edited within the Admin Console

1 - Create A Calendar:
Option 1: Add a Calendar to the "Manage Calendars" "File Cabinet" 
Notes
Manage Calendars section can contain past, present and future calendars.  They are not visible in the app until "associated" to an icon or as a custom button.
  1. Click "Manage Calendars" from the Homescreen
  2. Click :Create Calendar
  3. Enter Calendar Name
  4. Click Submit

Option 2: Add a Calendar directly to the Homescreen 

Notes
Calendar as an icon on or a custom button is visible to Users immediately.
Any calendars added via Option 2 are automatically added to the Manage Calendars section.

  1. Click "Add Item" from the Homescreen
  2. Click Activities as the "Type"
  3. Enter Title
  4. Choose Icon
  5. Click Submit
