Files: A document that is attached to a section within the app.
Consider the "Manage Files" section to be like a File Cabinet. While in the "File Cabinet, the documents are only visible to the Administrators. Only once a file is associated to a location within the app, then it is visible to users.
Note: Files must be a PDF or Word document. JPEG or other formats will not attach
Best Practice: Upload a file to Manage Files prior to creating a category for the file on a screen or before adding it to a button on a detail page.
