Setting Up Timeboxing Icons

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to set up timeboxing icons for promotions in the admin console, ensuring they appear and disappear at specified times.


Key Steps

1. Click Add Item or Hover over the 3 Dots to Edit an Existing Icon 0:00

  • Navigate to the admin console where icons are displayed.

2. Adding a New Icon 0:14

  • Click on 'Add Item' to create a new icon.

  • Choose the TYPE for the icon you want to set up.

3. Title and Icon Generation 0:31

  • Enter a title for your icon.

  • Review the generated icon suggestions based on your title.

4. Customizing Icon Appearance 0:41

  • Customize the color and icon set as desired.

5. Setting Timebox Parameters 0:50

  • Click on 'Check Time Box Item' to set the visibility schedule.

  • Specify the start date (e.g., April 1st) and end date (e.g., end of May).

6. Finalizing Icon Setup 1:24

  • Click 'Submit' to finalize the setup.
